I wrote this paper as the Capstone project for MS Technical Communication. I designed usability testing based on the UX literature, conducted the user testing, recorded results and observations, compiled and analyzed the numerical and verbal data using different analysis methods to find patterns and pain points. Based on the results, I designed recommendations to improved UX of help websites on mobile devices. In addition to the paper, I created a slide deck summarizing my work to present to the faculty committee and fellow candidates.
